We are one of the only companies that rent electric bikes from Liege. For a ride or for several days. With or without bags.
We offer you bikes for purchase: our niche is urban (“everyday bikes”) and travel bikes. Both electric and classic bikes.
We took over a year to select European suppliers we trust: AddBike, Adriatica, Ateliers HeritageBike, Bemoov, Corratec, Douze, E-Bike Manufaktur, Frappé, Gazelle, Kreidler, Mechane, Principia, Thompson, VSF Fahrradmanufaktur.

There are many things to carry when you ride your bike every day or when you go away for several days alone, in a group or with your family!
Our ambition is to offer specialized equipment for sale or rent: bike-packing, bags, trailers, airplane suitcases, child seats.

MAINTENANCE
WORKSHOP
We offer a local service for the repair and maintenance of bicycles, both with and without electric assistance.
We take care of bikes of all brands and models: classic bikes, electric bikes, cargo bikes… We are Bosch eBike approved: we have the required tools and can access updates and diagnostics of your Bosch engines.
Examples of interventions (not exhaustive): general maintenance, change of brake pads, derailleur adjustment, change of chain, tubeless mounting, puncture repair, change of wheels, change of cables and sheaths, adjustment of hubs and chainset, installation of handlebar tape, etc.
We have some consumable goods at your disposal: tubes, tires, patches, locks, lamps, pumps, etc.

What services do you offer?
We offer electric bikes for hire, as well as luggage and accessories.
We perform maintenance/repair on bikes of all brands.

How to rent? In order to be sure to have the equipment you want, we advise you to book it a few days in advance.

You will receive a written confirmation with practical details
We charge standard prices for the Liege area. The price list can be found here.
We don’t give sales quotes without seeing the bike. Come by on a Wednesday or Friday afternoon, or make an appointment with us.
I need my bike every day, what do you suggest?
We make an appointment to do the repair in a day.
- Either you have an alternative way to get around.
- Or we lend you one of our bikes.
In general, no: we receive your bike, we see together what needs to be done in terms of maintenance/repair, and we communicate the price to you. We do the job within a few days and call you when the bike is ready.
If it is a small repair (less than 15 minutes), we might offer to do it immediately.
I have a bike to donate, are you interested?
Always check with your friends and family first if you can make someone happy with the bike. If not, we do recover old bikes. During times of global industrial shortages, it’s good to be able to give a second life to bikes, and/or extract valuable parts to repair other bikes.
Is this a participatory workshop?
This is our ambition for the future: to offer a place in Liege where it is possible to come and repair your bike yourself, with the right tools and advice!
At the moment, our workshop is too small to develop this “self-bike” dimension, but the project is in the progress! We’ll keep you updated
You can pay either in cash or via electronic payment (Bancontact, Visa or Mastercard).
Rentals are payable in advance (cash, bank transfer or cards). For deposits by credit card, a simple loan is made (no amount deducted and cancellation after payment of the final invoice).

ABOUT US
My name is Madeleine. I’ve been riding my bike every day since I’m a teenager, and I’ve worked in communication for a long time. In addition to juggling with words, I have been wanting for some time to take ownership of my means of transportation. This is why I undertook training as a bicycle mechanic. Guy is an architect. He’s an eager cyclist too. He always loved mechanics and tools. For several years, we have been taking vacations and city trips on our bikes. We chose the name “CycloLibre” because we feel so free on bikes. Here are the ideas motivating us:
- To offer a local, accessible, neighborhood service.
- To inspire as many people as possible to get on their bike.
- To make everyone more autonomous with their bike (with a self-repair zone: “coming soon”).
- To give a second life to bikes that are still usable.
- To fight against the culture of programmed obsolescence

Rentals are available 7 days a week by appointment.
The bike workshop is open according to the following schedule:
